Deep Healing Soundbath & Meditation

Join Sveta Cosmos, Energy & Sound Healer, Reiki Master and Andrew Bray from Energy Awaken for a deep healing experience as we dive into the deep healing energy of soundbath.
We will begin with a smudging and Sveta leading a few easy postures to facilitate Earth connecting and grounding. We will then have a meditation led by Andrew, with Sveta playing crystal bowls to open energy centers and set intention for this powerful energy of the evening. When the meditation is done, Andrew will perform energy work on the group and Sveta will continue with the soundbath. Many exotic instruments will be used to facilitate this deep healing process.
This event has been known to be catalytic for deep emotional processing and releasing that has gone on for days.
Please bring your yoga mat, cozy blanket, pillow and an open heart. There are limited mats and cushions in the studio.
